RE: ORDER *********** **One of the items on this order were * bottles of Seba Med face wash. When that part of the order was delivered, the box was wet and oozing with liquid soap so, of course, I refused the delivery. The next day, I received a box from Costco with the remaining three bottles of Seba Med, CLEARLY from the original delivered box, COVERED IN THE LIQUID SOAP FROM THE DAMAGED BOTTLE, wrapped in a huge amount of plastic. Gee, I WONDER WHY????? Obviously, someone from the warehouse received the damage package, opened it, took the three unbroken bottles out of the package, threw them in a box and ****pped them back to me. This is SO WRONG on so may levels. First, who does that? ****pping me back merchandise covered in goo, second, sending me back an incomplete order and third, making me spend an hour an a half on the phone correcting the mistake? That's insane.
I trust that Costco will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
