Help with my Consumer Cellular issue

Hello, I would appreciate Consumer Cellular cancelling account * *********. I purchased a Tracfone last Oct. in **** to use strictly as an emergency phone while on a trip to visit relatives. I viewed it as a burner phone. I also agreed to use the phone for a period of twelve months before I could transfer the phone to another provider.* Since I did not have any intention of using the phone for any length of time after my trip, I did not care if I had agreed to use the phone for ** months or not* thus my forgetting that I had to use the phone for a year.* I do not wish to purchase a new phone to compliment my new phone *. I really cannot afford to purchase a new phone at this time. I am willing to pay for this new nano-sim or send it back to you, which ever is better for you. I apologize for my not having my **** in one sock before I contacted you last month.* Again, I apologize. At a time, that is after the Christmas season & New Year, I would like to try again with a new phone and number. Until then I need to be patient and wait.* Please email me and let me know what I can do to make this situation as easy for you as I can, within the constraints of my ability to afford it.*Best regards and apologies, S. How GetHuman-senglese fixed the problem
my issue was that the phone I wanted to have transfered to a consumer cellular account wasn't compatible with my ground situation. the issue was that i could not transfer the phone by using a CC sim card since i had agreed to use the phone for a year when i purchased the phone*plan from Tracfone. i simply called, explained, and that was that. ps. i did not want one of their phones either. otherwise i would not be writing this stuff.
