A recording comes on for people who are trying to contact me. “You have reached a non-working number”. **When I try to call out to anybody, I get this recording, "Your account balance is too low to complete this call. Please refill your account to complete this call.” When I try calling Consumer Cellular at *-***-***-**** I get the same recording. **I do not see an email address on your bills. I had to Google to get this link.**Payment history from my bank and payment history for my account on the Consumer Cellular site shows all payments have been on time and every bill has been paid in full. My last payment of $**.** was made November **, ****. **Did someone at Consumer Cellular click something WRONGLY on my account?**Consumer Cellular needs to contact me VIA EMAIL--ASAP--to let me know what's going on and to tell me when I can expect my service to be up and running. I have business I need to conduct via phone today! My email is *****@***.com **I contacted my daughter, Emily J. Stapleton, and told her to contact you regarding my account since I cannot get through. I give you permission to discuss my account in full with her. I expect you to explain fully what is happening and when I can expect my service back up and running. I told my daughter to text me with the info you give her regarding my account.
