For * months I have not been able to receive or send emails consistently. **I have since had my computer worked on by * Best Buy Geeks. They worked in different ways & each had the computer working when I left. On both occasions from the *st time I tried to send emails at home it didn’t work & I still wasn’t receiving them either. I turned off my modem-router & rebooted but the problems didn’t improve.**I have also not been able to change several of my Passwords. **The fact that Best Buy can get the email working consistently in-store & at home it doesn’t work leads me to question whether the equipment in the box at the street, the wires & the connections into my home are damaged.**Please send someone who works on these things to my house to investigate.*Thank you very much!
