Hello, I am emailing you in regards to a trouble ticket we received about one of your phone lines not working. I spent some time looking into this and the issue with the telephone wiring for the phone * **********. It is currently showing a short . The phone *’s are functioning up to the modem properly, but it’s showing a problem past the modem to the inside. I could have a technician come out but generally inside wiring issues are not something a technician usually fixes and generally requires an electrician. If it’s an issue with your wiring there can be a charge to come out. Please let me know if you would like me to schedule a tech.**Email to Marc Blaisdell, *We had the Electrician out today and he said we need a new modem here in the house. I talked to a person at comcast today and he told me our line is fine because he can leave a message. then I called att which is the phone we had and he said he believes it is the modem also since every single phone is out. Att said that the reason the a message can be left is because it comes with your service, Our phone doesn't have the capability to leave messages Thursday *:** pm*About *:*** I talked to a person at Comcast. Who said we should contact our I.T. guy, I called Iris and left a message, then I call att to see if they could help me trouble shoot the problem, after going through a few test the ATT guy said he believes it is our modem also because all the phones are effective. ATT guy also said that our answering system is running through Comcast, our model of phone does not have the capability for that.**Thursday evening* Sr. Margaret Andrew spoke to her brother and said when he tried to call us sometimes it would ring then go into the answering machine and other times it just went into the answering machine.
