I was charged for a movie rental that I did not make. I called and talked with an agent who said I watched the movie but I DID NOT. I may have punched a button by mistake but did not intentionally order the movie - and if I knew I had I would have watched it but I didn't. Please remove the $*.** charge from mty bill.

How GetHuman4878507 fixed the problem
The charge was taken off my next billing - I even saw it! I just kept trying to contact someone above an "agent." The first agent referred me back to the automated phone number and all other numbers seem to lead back to the same automated one. I went around and around with that for too long. So I went to the website and thought I would try another agent ... and another ... until I found one that would take the charge off. I just stated I wanted the charge taken off and explained why where it said "Ask infinity ..." I was determined to keep trying agent after agent because I was right. Maybe they think people will give up over a $* charge. The second agent I tried was able to help me, and I was very appreciative. Also told him Comcast needs to make the number of a supervisor or manager available to deal with issues the agents can't.
