My internet has been down for a week and * days. I've been told multiple reasons for it not working and have had techs in my condo working on it that say it is a line issue they need to repairs from outside. I have left multiple voice mails for multiple Comcast employees and nobody has called me back. They're automated attendant just send me in circles, never connecting me to a human any more. I am desperately seeking help on this

Persistence. Just kept hammering at Comcast support and stressing how long the issue had been going and eventually got them to send out a senior tech ( but only after having had two here before over the past week ) to look at the condo wiring. *rd time's a charm as they say, as it looks like the senior tech found the issue in the wiring and ( knock on wood ) he resolved it.
