I've called several times to get my bill corrected. I was promised each time by asian customer service it would be corrected. What has happened to customer service? It's so horrible. Nothing gets resolved and the background noise is so loud. I've had service with comcast for years at this address and also another address prior to this one. Last time I spoke to customer service she promised to remove the **.**. I tried to pay my bill that day twice and the automated would not let me pay. I hope you can see my payment history. I have been a long time customer. Why can't comcast have customer service in our on country? If this **.** doesn't get credited back to my account I will take my business else where.
