Just got a call from comcast and said that my internet usage went over. The package that I bought into was to lower my bill and when I spoke to someone in the philipines they told me my package was a promotion and it ended and I had been given a cap and that I could pay comcast ** more dollars to go unlimited. REALLY??? I had more tv channels and paid that amount before I tried to lower my bill. No one called me or informed me that I had been given a promotional pkg or that I would be changed over to a limited amount of gb on the internet. Not what I was sold and not what I want. I just called comcast early in April and no one told me this had happened or that anything changed. Even my account on line says I have the old pkg I signed up for.
