I signed up for the **** internet coverage for ** months they took their payment out of our account as of May **rd which means May **th today is the beginning of a new billing cycle received a call today May **th stating that we had gone past our data usage and that we were now going to be starting to be billed for all additional data usage over our plan*For one thing did not know we had a limit on our data usage plan but even if we did how in the blue blazes could I have gone over it in one freaking day try to call to find out an answer but got hooked up with somebody in the Philippines whom I could not understand try to another number another person from the Philippines home I could not understand sorry somebody in United States but they could not help me with my billing issue because they are protection plan people .*So who DO I call for an answer ?
