Hi, My name is Angelica Hernandez and i used to have an account with comcast business. I was told i would be refunded money. Last representative i spoke with told me it was credited to my account for closing cost fees. But when i spoke with Julie she assured me that i wouldn't be charged or credited anything back to the account. I had canceled in october of last year. My account couldn't be closed out until *********. I was also told by many of your representatives and assured that i would get a refund and no closing cost fees. the thing that happened was that it got to expensive for me. I had called to make a payment i had spoken to Amanda or Ashley and she saw that i had not used the account for certain months because it was disconnected. so she credit the amount. i paid almost ***.**. But when i spoke to julie back in December or January she mention to me i would get a refund . It would be credited back to my account. I even spoke to a young man that said we will send it in the mail. in check form. This young lady i spoke with in April first said it was returned to my card. She didn't say which one. When i gave her the referrence number she mentions that julie applied my refund to my closing out fees. But Julie mention to me that my refund was for ***.*** . I transfered to xfinity residential and as long as i stayed with the copmpany i would get my refund. When i called in april the young lady that asisted me stated that she didn't see anything in the system. I would like to know why now i'm being told this. if all the representatives i spoke with from october -January assured me that i would get a refund and no closing cost fees. i was still recieving bills even after december and January. I was mentioned that i didn't have to pay those. I had closed the account before bill was generated. I would like to speak with someone who will tell me why i was lied to. By the way i was never returned the money to my card. Like the young lady i spoke with in april told me and then said it was credited back to the account. I work from *am-to *pm email is much faster if not able to communicate through phone email is preferred.
