Extremely disappointed. I placed an order * days ago. I got * items for a total of *** dollars. * ****rts and * shorts BOTH of which are on sale today which would have saved me a total of ** dollars. I call customer service and they are unable to credit my account. Now I have to wait to get the package only to return it. I am extremely dissatisfied that there is not an easier way to do this. Now, I’m sure i will have to pay ****pping on the return and it all just seems so unorganized.
I trust that Columbia Sportswear will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
