I am in need of urgent assistance. I have been trying to resolve an issue for a while now, but keep receiving messages stating it will take another *-* business days for a response. I am frustrated with the lack of progress and continuous promises that a solution will be provided soon. I am baffled as to why my refund of $**.*** was not deposited into my account as requested and why I was instructed by a staff member to create a new email address. I followed the instructions but ended up with blank pages. After futile attempts to communicate with Wells Fargo due to the pandemic, I am left confused as to why I was advised to open a new email account that was then closed a week later, leaving me unable to access my account with the $**.*** transferred from Wells Fargo. I have proof of the dates and transactions. Despite purchasing bitcoin on your platform, I am unable to login. I urge for a competent individual to address this issue promptly without further delays or vague responses of * or * days. The situation has escalated, and I am rapidly losing patience. I seek a resolution to this matter without the need for constant follow-ups every few days. Your immediate assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you, R. Pallis

I am in need of a supervisor's assistance. I have been trying to address an issue, but I keep receiving messages about waiting for another *-* business days. I find it frustrating that despite my continuous efforts, I am not seeing any resolution. It is concerning that my $**.*** was returned, and I was advised to create a new email account, which led to encountering blank pages. Even though I did not request it, I received $**,*** back, which I wanted in my account. Following the directions from your company, I interacted with Wells Fargo bankers amid the pandemic, only to face challenges without clear communication. I am puzzled as to why opening a new email account was suggested when it only resulted in login issues with my funds. Your prompt attention to this matter is essential. The unresponsive phone line provided further complicates the situation. I urge for effective assistance and a resolution without unnecessary delays in email exchanges. Your cooperation in resolving this issue promptly is greatly appreciated. Thank you.Rand P.

I have been attempting to close my Coinbase account for several months but I am struggling to withdraw or sell my cryptocurrency portfolio. I initially invested $[redacted], and when I tried to sell, the value had risen to $[redacted]. However, I was only able to sell $[redacted] worth of crypto, and I am unsure where the remainder has gone. Despite waiting four days, the funds have yet to reach my bank account. I am concerned about the delay and the fluctuating value of the remaining $[redacted]. I am frustrated by the inability to contact Coinbase for assistance, as I am eager to move my investments to another platform. It is unsettling to feel like I am being taken advantage of, especially when other investors have not encountered similar issues with Coinbase.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding an issue I've been experiencing with my Coinbase account. I contacted Coinbase support through their website to explain that I no longer have access to my 2FA code after backing up my mobile phone. I kindly requested for them to disable the 2FA code so I can regain access to my account. Despite sending multiple follow-up messages since receiving an email from Coinbase on February 27, [redacted], my account remains blocked and unresolved. I value your assistance in this matter as the funds in my account, though not substantial, are significant to me. Thank you for your anticipated help. I look forward to your response. Regards, Saverio Pilolli

I previously reported my lost phone, and recently I received an email about a dubious $7 LTC purchase on my Coinbase account, which I could not have made as I lack access to my account. Due to the lack of a camera on my PC, I couldn't authenticate the transaction. I will have a camera today to proceed with authentication. In the meantime, I request no alterations to my account, suspecting fraudulent activity. My account balance was about $1,[redacted], mainly in Bitcoin and Ethereum. I fear someone is attempting to change my account details to access my funds. Kindly confirm you are investigating. Thank you, Mario Daniel R. Phone: [redacted].

I accidentally double-clicked the buy button, intending to use my Debit card but actually used my ACH account, causing an overdraft of $1,[redacted]. I panicked, went to the bank, and disputed the two $[redacted] charges. Subsequently, I made a $[redacted] purchase which was successful. I am sorry for the confusion. Please refrain from contesting the dispute. I was unable to reach out via email earlier. When I receive my stimulus, I plan to repay the $1,[redacted] overdraft and make further purchases. I borrowed $[redacted] to cover the $[redacted] transaction. Looking forward to more transactions with you.

We are experiencing difficulties accessing our funded account. The account we are directed to is prompting us to fund it once again after signing up. In March [redacted], we updated the email address associated with our account from mine to my husband's. Everything was fine until spring [redacted] when we attempted to log in and encountered this issue. Despite multiple attempts to contact them through their website and by phone, we haven't received any assistance. We even mailed a packet of information to their San Francisco office with no response. We included a letter outlining the problem, copies of past emails, deposit confirmations dating back to [redacted], identification documents, and more. We are seeking clarification on why this occurred and need assistance resolving the issue promptly. Your help in addressing this matter is greatly appreciated.

Four weeks ago, I decided to liquidate my entire Coinbase investment portfolio due to the high volatility in the crypto market. Initially, managing my securities on the Coinbase website seemed straightforward. However, the process of cashing out turned out to be more challenging than I anticipated. When I placed a sell order, hoping to transfer the funds seamlessly to my bank account, I encountered unexpected hurdles. My balance, which was $[redacted].50 after recent transactions, ended up being reduced to $68.00, and I was assured that the proceeds would be sent to my bank account promptly. Unfortunately, after contacting Coinbase Support at 1-[redacted] and speaking with Jeff, I faced further difficulties. Despite reassurances, my attempts to reach them were met with unavailability. Subsequent calls to the alternative number, [redacted], only resulted in my account being locked. Presently, I find myself in a frustrating situation with Coinbase holding my funds. Any assistance or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I attempted to send Bitcoin to Kucoin exchange but received an email from Coinbase regarding a delay in my withdrawal. I verified the transaction and canceled it within the 72-hour security precaution period mentioned in the email. However, I realized that Coinbase still deducted a fee of $61.39. I believe this fee should be refunded since the transaction was canceled and did not go through. Thank you.

I purchased 4 cryptocurrencies on November 30, [redacted]: $[redacted].00 of XRP, $[redacted].00 of Stellar, $50.00 of Maker, and $25.00 of DAI. The total value reached $[redacted].00, but after selling them, my portfolio dropped to $[redacted].50. I contacted 1[redacted] and spoke with Jeff, who assured me the money would be in my bank account shortly. However, the money did not appear in my accounts. I then bought $[redacted].00 of Maker, hoping it would increase my total to $[redacted].50. Surprisingly, the $[redacted].00 was used to purchase PayPal. Jeff informed me that he converted my portfolio to bitcoin to transfer my funds. Yet, when I checked my Coinbase account, I only had $68.00 in cash. On March 11, [redacted], I cashed out my Coinbase account, but I cannot reach Jeff at 1[redacted], and I have not received any funds or updates. Please contact me at [redacted] if you can assist. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - Richard F.

Hello, I recently transferred NEW LOOM TOKEN from Binance to my Coinbase Pro account, but I did not receive the tokens. I believe this is because Coinbase Pro is still using the OLD LOOM TOKEN contract address. I learned about this issue on the Coinbase website. The information provided about the LOOM upgrade explains that if the new LOOM token is transferred to Coinbase before the upgrade, it will not be accessible for withdrawal until the smart contract is supported. I am concerned about my tokens and would like guidance on whether Coinbase can send them back to my Ethereum address. Alternatively, if I need to wait for the swap later this year, do I have to contact Coinbase again, or will my tokens be automatically available after the swap? Thank you for your assistance.

I, Ludwig Frey (born July 18, [redacted]), have an account with Coinbase. A man who identified himself as Thomas Witt has stolen my identity and transferred my BTC from my account. He informed me I needed to pay an additional 50,[redacted] euros to make my money visible in my Coinbase account. He then sent me a screenshot of a Blockchain account where he claims my money is being held until payment. I have a photo of this individual, Witt, and would like to email it to you to inquire if you are familiar with him. Additionally, I would like to know the account owner where my BTC is currently being held. According to Chainanalysis, they are now located at Binance. Is it standard practice for Coinbase to request money for BTC insurance and declaration? I have already had to pay 50,[redacted] euros twice before for BTC insurance and circulation declaration. Please assist me. Thank you. Ludwig Frey

I recently updated my phone number on the app, but it prompted me to go through an ID verification process again, which I completed. However, it's been almost a month, and the verification process is still not resolved. Despite multiple attempts to log in, I keep getting directed to fill out forms on the website for customer service assistance. The automated email responses I receive state that someone will be in touch shortly, but it's been a month without any follow-up. I'm unable to access my account to retrieve my money, as the login continues to be a problem.

My phone was hacked, leading to unauthorized access to my Coinbase account on March 11th. The password and phone number associated with my account were changed. Despite filing a police report and numerous attempts to contact the support team, I have not received adequate assistance. I have the original phone number used to open my account ([redacted]) and a new phone. My email is [redacted] I hope my coins are insured as the hacker also targeted my other accounts. They claimed their spouse works for Coinbase and threatened consequences if I spoke out. They even attempted to secure a loan in the UK using my details. Please assist me in verifying my identity and recovering my account.

I cannot find my portfolio in my Coinbase account; it seems like my account doesn't exist. Have you experienced a security breach? I want my account restored because I have nearly $10,[redacted] in cryptocurrency. I find it challenging to reach Coinbase, and I am contemplating closing my account. I need Coinbase to contact me. I have disabled and secured my account. The lack of customer support amid the cryptocurrency market's volatility is concerning. It's frustrating that we can't reach them via chat or email. How can a company operate without customer service? I must access my account to withdraw my funds.

Hello, my name is Dion Longo, and I have not been able to access my account for over two weeks. Based on our previous interactions, I understand that I need to reverify my identity by providing my driver's license. Once this step is completed, I will require another "key" to set up a Google Authenticator account linked to my email. It is urgent that this issue is resolved promptly as I have been unable to carry out any transactions for about two weeks now. This delay is particularly problematic as I planned to sell some of my bitcoin to make a down payment on a property. Unfortunately, I unintentionally locked myself out of my account precisely when I needed it the most. Despite expressing my concerns, the complexity of the situation requires human intervention to resolve. The finance company is waiting for me to address this problem, so I am eager for clear instructions on how to proceed. I appreciate your prompt assistance in this unusual circumstance. Thank you for your understanding.

I recently received an email from Coinbase regarding a password reset request that I did not initiate. The email states that I have to wait 24 hours for a reset link to be sent to me due to the request being from an unverified device. To ensure the security of my account, I need to disable sign-in temporarily. I am concerned that my Coinbase account may have been compromised and request that all login attempts be disabled until I resolve this situation. Thank you, Donald Koptyra.

I am Donald K. I received an email from Coinbase stating that a password reset request was made from an unverified device. They mentioned a 24-hour waiting period for security purposes. Although I did not initiate the password reset, I found myself unable to log in to my Coinbase Pro account. The system displayed "Invalid email or password." It appears that someone also engaged in a sim swap on my cell phone. I called the provided number and disabled my account but seek guidance on regaining access and resolving this issue with Coinbase. How can I reach out to them for assistance? Thank you, Donald K.
