I'm UK based. About a week ago, my bank declined my attempt to buy Bitcoin by blocking my bank*VISA card. I contacted the bank, who then unblocked the card. I tried the transaction again, only for Coinbase to lock my account. I complained via email, had to re-do photo ID verification, and eventually got an email saying they had resolved the issue. Only they have not. The problem is with "re-adding" the card details. Each time I do this with the online form, it claims success, then I get "Your bank has blocked your card". Only they have not* the bank have checked both their system and the parallel VISA system, and have no record of an attempted transaction, so the fault clearly lies with the Coinbase website. Now I get an email pointing me at the totally useless help.coinbase.com. Can you help me please?
