I signed up for a free two weeks and then tried to cancel my account before the billing cycle started. No one contacted me to follow up with the cancellation and I was charged today for a month I do not want to use.**When trying to cancel again, I somehow clicked the buy more credits link and it charged my account with one click (there should be another page to verify purchases, the one click feels tricky) and I do not want those credits either.**Please help me resolve this, I unfortunately cannot afford class pass and tried to avoid this hassle.
GetHuman-jevancli did not yet indicate what ClassPass should do to make this right.
