I have been charged two consecutive months in a row that I should not have been charged for. I only used a one-month test trial which was given to me as a gift by someone. After that month, I moved away from NYC. The app kept charging me without me taking any classes. This was a mistake by Classpass as I only signed up for a month. I am requesting a refund. **Further, the information on their website is incorrect and out of date (https:**help.classpass.com*hc*en-gb*articles*************-How-do-I-find-Live-Chat-to-cancel-my-ClassPass-membership-). There is no chat box in the app currently when you try to cancel you membership. **I am pretty sure the way that customers are informed is against data privacy regulations.
