I live next to a house that was dug up * or so weeks ago in front of the driveway in the street and has gravel over the top that has turned into a pool when its raining. The square had * cones and weights on the corners. For the past couple weeks they get knocked, thrown around, and put in other places on the street where there is no reason they should be there. There is also a small flood down the street which is usually there with cones but hasn't been worked on in a long time. Why can't these things be finished? I need an answer. The house at ***** Northwood, next to the playground, is where the cones and weights should be. This house is inhabited by someone but appears to be uninhabitable. My address is *****. Northwood next to this house. Please contact me as soon as possible. The city put the cones back in place * times but it doesn't help. I would like to know a date this can be resolved.ASAP.
