My nephew was born in Canada and raised by my parents until they deceased. Afterward, my sister (his birth mother) brought him to the States and left him there with strangers to raise him. Today his is a grown man with grown children living under a false name as he thought he had been adopted by the man who raised him but he found out the adoption never took place.*I am the only Canadian surviving relative, I have his original birth certificate and would like to help him and his family sort things out. I desperately need to speak with someone in person to further discuss the situation and remedy all wrongdoing by my sister to her son, making his life complicated and living as a 'nobody' since he doesn't officially exist, with the exception of his canadian birth certificate. *He is aware that I have been doing research on his behalf as he's always been afraid to make the move which could have an impact on him and his family.
