I came in to the store at *:** to order food because I couldn’t get through online. I was told they were closing and couldn’t be served. Since it was exactly *:** at the time and I’d been in the parking lot for ** minutes trying to order online I asked the employee if he could make one last Chicken bowl. He said yes but I had to ask the manager. I asked the manager for. Across the countertop approximately * feet away and he ignored me. I asked again and he continued to ignore me. I asked a third time and he finally turned around to acknowledge me. He said no without even asking if he could help me, so he obviously heard me the first three times. I asked politely again and said I’m a valued customer that comes in to the location multiple times per week. The manage snapped at me and said no, leave! I told the manager he shouldn’t treat paying customers like that. He told me to get the **** out! I’m very certain this is not how Chipotle wants their managers speaking to customers at any time but especially in front of other employees and customers waiting for their food. After I told him he was rude he threatened me with a call to the police. Really? Asking to make a chicken bowl and getting told to get the **** out..... and your calling the police on me? What a joke. This employee should be fired ASAP!
