I placed an order through the Chipotle app at the West Orange NJ location on ********* at approximately *:**PM EST. The order was for $**.**. It was never delivered and the delivery driver reached out through text and said the store did not have the order. They indicated a system crashed and they lost a bunch of orders. We sent the driver a text with an image of the order and he said he tried to get it filled by the restaurant, but they wouldn't do it.**You can imagine I find this all unacceptable. We have paid for something that was never fulfilled and delivered. We have tried to call every customer service number but none of them work. It keeps asking me to take a survey or something. I can't submit my complaint through your online form because it tells me I need to select the store from a drop-down...there is no drop down. It won't accept a typed answer. I get this is a tough time, but many other companies are under a similar load and aren't failing on all fronts.
