My husband and I ordered chipotle on April *rd **** and I have tried contacting Chipotle regarding this issue a handful of times and nothing has been done to resolve the issue. Our rice was hard*not cooked fully and our chips were stale so we were unable to eat our food. We eat chipotle about once a week sometimes more so we spend a decent amount of money there and we just want something to be done to resolve this whether it’s a replacement on our last order or something free the next time we get chipotle but doing nothing to resolve it is very frustrating and causing my husband to never want to eat chipotle again and like I said, we eat it quite often so it’s really saying something when he doesn’t want to eat it at all anymore so PLEASE just refund our money or replace our order and we will be okay and continue to eat there thank you.
