I have not received my card its been a month and last time i was able to get a customer service member on the phone to help they said they were sending my card and that i had to send a email with my updated information so i sent a email with my new number and new email,im unable to reach a customer service member and i need to speak with customer service my name is Carly Knight and my new number is (***) ***-****

GetHuman-carlykni did not yet indicate what Chime should do to make this right.
