If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.
The issue in GetHuman-turtlety's own words
I got a new phone so chime app ask me for my email and password and I give them the right one but then they want to verify it that it's me until they send a verification code to my phone number I for one ***-**** I don't have that phone number anymore so I asked to reset phone number then ask me my social last four digits I give that to them and then they asked me for the last * digits of my card that's active well I can't activate my card because it won't let me in

GetHuman-turtlety did not yet indicate what Chime should do to make this right.
