Good afternoon. My name is Chris Boensel and I am I am assisting my mother-in-law (Marilyn Eaves) with a issue that she can't seem to get rectified through calling the customer service line. She is ** and really is confused and very frustrated. I want to know if I can assist her by calling and talking to some directly. Part of the problem is that most of the customer service representatives do not speak very good English and it becomes a diluted conversation. The issue is that she is trying to get credit for an amount of an order she placed and then sent back but there is an issue with getting that done. She was told to email and then to fax proof of the transaction but the problem is that it is not going to anyone specific and we have no way to get confirmation that someone received the information. I have the documentation and the fax number (***-***-****) but I need a specific person that I can follow up with via email or direct phone so I know that this is getting handled. Thank you!
