Hi there, I have a premium account and I have the Chegg app downloaded in my phone and I am logged in there. I tried to search for some tips on one of my exam questions which I need it desperately now as I am sat in open book exam and I only have * hours to submit the answers. I looked for some help through my laptop just typed on Google the question and it had some tips about it as I tried to open it it was asking me to reset my password for some reason, I did that and now my account has been suspended for ** hours apparently I have been sharing my account which you can clearly see through the IP Number it's me who's been using it no one else, I have a laptopsl and a smart phone I am entitled to sign in to chegg in either aren't I? I signed up and been paying this amount to help me in a day like this and if it's not going to be activated today within the next * to * hours then I want my account closed and a refund as I needed it for today to get some help through there not in the next ** hours it will be too late. Thanks
