I have been charged a total of $**.** over the course of many months. I never signed up for any Chegg subscription to my knowledge, and when I try to login with my university email, no such account exists (I never receive a Password reset email). **The paypal that is being charged is *****@***.com **I made an account a long time ago with this same email, but the account overview shows no transaction history. I have terminated the transactions through my PayPal because I have no other way of terminating any subscription since I cannot access my account that is being charged.**What account are you charging me for? *If possible, I would like a refund of the $**.** because I do not remember ever signing up for any subscription with you guys. **Thanks.
