hello, *My name is Kyle Mader and I originally booked ireland flights for march ** from phx to dublin and march **rd shannon to phx using cheapoair booking ********. on March **th President Trump stopped travel to Europe due to the covid ** pandemic. after spending ** hours mostly on hold or the line hanging up on me I reached one of your customer service people that wouldn't or couldn't help me get a refund or flight credit, but told me to call the travel insurance company (which I purchased flight insurance through you guys) in order to get a refund. he then recommended we cancel the flight and seek refund that way. the terrible flight insurance you sold me didnt cover global pandemic so that request was denied. I put in a voucher request through cheapoair because aer lingus wont do that in a third party booking. I received air credit **** dollars to be used by July **st **** but has to be booked by June **th ****. so my wife and I who both need to give a year notice on that many days off vacation found new dates of travel June **th **** to June **th **** and requested them off. a nice customer service representative * weeks ago told me I had to call back today to book for those dates because the system can only book *** days out. i tried today to book PHX to DUB on the june**th **** and SNN to PHX on the june **th **** and the rep Syndney told me it had to be ** months out in order to book. I asked If I need to book by tomorrow for travel next June but you cant do that what am I supposed to do. after asking to talk to a manager she then told me I had until Aug *st to book using the credit so to try in late july again to book for my dates. I'm not sure what or who to believe, and they wont let me talk to a manager. If I can book using the credit by august *st then all is ok, but if Sydney was just saying that to get me off the phone and this credit disappears then we have a big problem. I'm just trying to use my paid for tickets for a needed vacation and I need to know that I can use that credit! I am asking for it to end with me booking my vacation and everything is good.
