Hi I recently opened a new chase account and right away was having trouble linking some cards to my account so I could put funds into the account. It’s a long story but app issues were not letting me get money from one account to another and the only money I had was electronic so I couldn’t physically put money into my new chase account. Anyways my new account quickly went into the negative and I could not get my money into the account after trying a few times. Today I tried getting into the account and couldn’t so I called customer service and I was told that the account was closed. I totally understand why chase would make that decision but given the situation can you guys please help me out and let me fix the problem. I was looking forward to banking with chase and am hoping we can resolve the issue. Apologies for the bad first impression. I thought I would be able to get money into the account before it started going to into the negative.
