I received a new Chase credit card in the mail for my Dad, John Donavich, the card ending in ****. I am Rita Smith, his daughter. I have called several numbers to let you know that my Dad passed away *-**-** and I want to close the account out. I was prompted several times to enter the last four digits (****) and it kept saying it couldn't be recognized.
