I am in the process of purchasing my lease. I have communicated this to Chase via several phone calls on Monday and am working with Malcolm Williams @ Chatham Pkwy Subaru. I have an appt. Friday to sign the paperwork. Meanwhile, the car was repossessed very early this morning. I have never missed a pymt nor have I ever been late. Noone that has pulled up my account told me the car would be repossessed when looking for guidance to purchase and my inquiry about whether I'd need to extend my lease until the purchase was finalized. The car is insured, registered, and every payment through this month has been paid in full and always on time. My account * is **********. Please HELP
