I have been trying to speak to someone about a Payoff issue- I paid my last payment yesterday but still have a Principal amount. When I inquired about it I was told A Disaster Relief Extension was applied to my account in ****. This was not done per my request. I made all ** Payments. I do acknowledge late payments during the course of the loan however, I never requested nor agreed to a deferred extension or Disaster Relief- When I requested the documentation of such agreement I was given the run around. I have not received any response for a call from a Senior Management to resolve this issue.**Loretta Henderson
