I made my payment for March using another bank routing and account number on **** and got a confirmation number. Then I received a letter saying my payment was past due so I made the payment again on *** and got a confirmation number using the identical routing and account number and am afraid it will not go through again and am new with chase auto finance and don’t want late payments to show up when I made the payment. *I also cant’t log in as I dont remember my user name and password and can’t*Change it unless I log in which I am unable to do. Is there not a way to pay with a card and not the bank routing number and account number? Also how do I change my current user name and password as the old one from a couple of years ago is not current. Please help.
