I am a Spectrum (Charter Communications) customer. I feel grossly overcharged for years and finally got someone to help me reduce my bill by approx $** a month. One bill and then I get notice that there are to be many increases in charges and $**.** of that is nullified immediately by this increase. It is disgusting what they are allowed to charge especially as the cable Companies have a monopoly in the areas they function in. My internet bill will increase to approx $** (yes, seventy four) a month just for the internet. How can they be allowed to all this by the Government....they should be controlled.
