since **-* i have been having trouble with charter's phone reps & receiving the essentials pkg i ordered. after ordering essentials, i cancelled it when i couldn't set up the roku device i'd bought to receive essentials. i kept fiddling with it & did manage to get it set up, then called to set up essentials again. on **-** i spoke to "darielle" who made a nasty remark about me being too stupid to save money with their mobile phone service & who never completed the work order. on **-**, i called charter a total of * times, trying to get my essentials pkg going. tech support trfrd me to victor in the "streaming dept". "pj" connected me to roku & roku's wait time kept going up instead of down. i talked to another charter rep about other packages. @****p "jeremy" said the work order was still open & supposedly fixed that. @***a i called asking where pkg was. @***p today i called & "jeff" saw an appt for a service call that i knew nothing about & jeff claimed they had to "hand pick each channel, at which point i asked to speak to a supervisor & @ "dominick" claimed that there was a problem with my ip address & that he'd have to send this problem to the "engineering" dept & that i didn't need to call them - they'd call me. i am extremely angry with the lies i'm being told by these various reps & i'd like to know what the deal is & what the problem is, & i'd like to be able to use the essentials pkg i ordered - today*before i drop dead waiting.
