DEAR CHARTER COMMUNICATION CEO PRESIDENT IM VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY SPECTRUM CABLE SERVICE IN APPLETON WIS I PUT MILLIONS OF COMPANTS AND THEY NOT BEING TAKING CARE OF IM GET THE ROUNDING TREATMENT THAT I DONT LIKE LET ME COUNTINE WE HAVE AN MAGER PROBLEM IS BE ADDRESS THE RIGHT WAY THE ONDEMAND CHANNEL WHERE FXM IS SHOULD BE REMOVED BECAUSE IT GARBAGE IM ABOUT TO TAKE MY WIRE CUTTERS AND CUT THE CORD BE I HAD ALL I CAN TAKE IM TRYING SO HARD TO GET FXM FIX THE RIGHT WAY AND THEY ARE NOT DOING THE JOB RIGHT THEY ARE SO LAZY BY SITTING AROUND AND WASTING TIME TO ADDRESS COMPLANT ABOUT FXM ONDEMAD NOT GETTING IT FIX I CALLED THEM SO MANYTIMES AND NO LUCK THEY REBOOT THE BOX AND NO LUCK ALL I DO IS PRESS BUTTONS ON THE REMOTE THIS HAS TO STOP NOW BECAUSE I WANT TO WATCH THE MOVIE CALL OUIJA * ON FXM ONDEMAND AND ITS GIVING ME ERROS *** THIS HAS TO STOP NOW OR I WILL CALL DIRECT TV AND GET BACK ON THERE SYSTEM ***-***-**** THEY NEED TO STOP PLAYING GAMES AND GET FXM ONDEMAND FIX TODAY MON OR I LEAVE TO GO BACK TO DIRECT TV IF I DO NOT IMPROVE IN NEXT ** HRS I LEAVE DO YOU WANT TO LOSS AN SPECTRUM CUSTOMER YES OR NO ?
