I lost my recording services so I rebooted tv and then I got screen with red x and * underneath. I h*ld power button down ** seconds, unplugged power cord to receiver while I held down ok button and down arrow together. While still holding those down I plugged receiver back in and it booted up. Then I got black screen with red x and * under it. Rebooted again and got same red x and *. Don't know how to fix it and it is ongoing problem.
