For the last **-** days every day I have to reset the modem and it is taking longer and longer. In following your "testing" procedure I get the following message* "We have detected instability or interference affecting your Internet service." This modem is old and if it fails completely I have no way of contacting you sense you will not answer the phone - even after **-** transfers. The wires and contacts are all intact. This is a rented modem etc. What do I do? Should it be replaced? DF.**D M Foster**** *** **** ***
