I can access one account. all others work fine. It says something about altanication not being right'

Help with my CenturyLink issue

I am trying to access bank account. ... i can not get into my bank account from my centurylink connection. I can access it from other links like McDonalds internet service. I have * computers and none work off of mt internet. The bank has checked my computers and they are fine.
I try to get the trouble shooter to let me talk to her supervisor. she would not transfer me. After asking * times I blew up and hung up.

GetHuman6123509 did not yet indicate what CenturyLink should do to make this right.

I have order a new modem. Will try and see if this corrects the problem. this is the first time that century link has failed me after ** years
