If you are looking to set up service just call in and you can get it done quickly it is usually the first option in calling in.

I received my modem in mail, tried setting it up if course with no luck. So I called was on hold at least * hours and the guy said he would call me back, it was some kind of issue on his end, so he got my number and * days later he has still not called back. Have tried calling several more times to get it set up and can't get a live person on the phone. This is this not worth the hassle.. Send me a box so I can return your modem, I will not go thru this kind of bs to have your service. Thanks but no thanks my address is Roger Vogler *** Stoots mtn. Rd Austinville, va *****. If you don't send a box and a return paid postage I will not be sending you this modern back, so make note of that along with the ****** customer service and ****** internet service.
