We have canceled our service * months in a row. We are still getting a bill for internet and phone. We moved * months ago and It is VERY OBVIOUS that we are not using the internet or phone services. PLEASE REMOVE OUR ACCOUNT, CANCEL THE SERVICE, WAIVE ANY CURRENT AND FUTURE FEES, REFUND ANY MISS-BILLED PAST CHARGES, AND DO NOT SEND ANY OTHER BILLS TO US PERTAINING TO THIS ACCOUNT.
