trying to use the phone ... I had an appointment for a tech today (**-*-**) between *:** and *:** and no one showed up. I've been without phone service since Monday, Sept **, ****. This has been a reoccurring problem every few weeks since April of this year. I keep getting billed for a service I don't have in any consistent fashion. What's wrong???*I STILL want it repaired of course and ASAP.
I had an appointment, waited all day for the tech and no one showed up. I do NOT have a phone to call as requested to check on where the tech is!
Showing up and an adjustment on my bill would be helpful since this has been a reoccurring problem since April of this year.

un plugging all phone, waiting approximately ** min, and plugging them back in.
