February *, **** Ongoing issues regarding a credit on my phone bill that was never applied. My most recent conversation was on your chat line January **th, ****. Directed to * different people. First a Melinda S. , then a Rizalino. Have also made numerous phone calls to Century Link during November and December **** . Was told everything documented. After ** plus minutes of being on chat, was told I should install App, or call billing department!! I AM SO FRUSTRATED WITH Century Link. As of January *th billing, I STILL have not received the credit I was told several times I would receive. The credit was to be given due to numerous internet outages during November and December, ****. It should all be documented. I am also very unhappy that I cannot reach a Century Link rep in the USA! I have had no communications from an offices here, except emails asking for feedback on my interactions with Century Link. Have been a customer for many many years, your so called "customer service" is atrocious. I am so sick of all your reps saying "sorry" when no action is taken. I will expect communication from someone at Century Link in this country to tell me if you even care that I am a loyal customer!
