This is about Acct. *********. Why was my Prism service turned off before Direct TV was installed. After * hr ** min. and * different service agents, no one could tell me, nor would they restore my TV service. *This is a continuation of terrible administration of my account. I called to establish a date to restore full service from vacation status. However, the e-mail confirming the date was wrong. It was three weeks earlier than agreed. I called and got that changed. But when I got back to Naples only the internet was on. I had to call separately for the TV, and a third time for the phone. Once I got to someone, they were at least able to correct the problem in a timely manner. Yesterday evening was the worst by far. Why can't the TV be restored until I have Direct TV? If not, why should I assume Direct TV will be any better? Turn my Prism service back on. James Perkins
