I had the service for * week and had major issues daily with the service while having to call in daily with equipment issues service issues. While promised more then once by a service tech that it would never happen again the problems continued daily. When instructed that they would credit my bill for the days I had issues that was the day I asked to cancel my service. Now I just discovered my service has not been cancelled and because your company was unwilling to share that they don't provide good service here so I could move on to another who could I had to run my credit twice and now am unable to purchase my home that I was just approved for due to my credit being checked twice so you tell me what you can do to fix all this I have on my plate now with your company and the scenario it has created for me.
