Primarily, our issue here is that the CenturyLink modem has been installed on the first floor. We will need to contact CenturyLink to bring the modem downstairs and connect the home phone so that it works in both locations that you have it in the home. Due to the “looped” wiring we discussed, I wasn’t comfortable moving it today for fear of causing more issues than it was worth.
