Get hooked up ... First of all scheduled hook up never happened second told they were here by customer service person. And guess what not here. Third spent * hour and * min just to be told we will be rescheduled for Monday. Very not helpful customer service. I’m sure I talked the same talk to * different service reps. And guess what again , not one could answer my question. Oh yes. My question. Where is my service tech and why haven’t I heard from anyone from centurylink? It’s one thing to not show up but it’s another thing when your not called and told why or even that you can’t make it! This is not customer service at all. Now we just hear from your company , poor reasons why and very sad Excuses for what happened. Not sure anyone said I’m sorry Mr clements let see how we can fix this and make it right. Again not customer service but customer run around!!!! * hour * min on phone !! Thx for your time, Michael Clements
