Get a real person to answer my question. It is taking too much time. ... I paid my bill by mail on July * and now my bill shows it was not paid. I don't receive my bill about * weeks before its due and it wasn't electronically processed by July **th. Aug. Payment came July **th with a July payment due. Can you help?
