My Recorder has gone out, and I think it's because it was set on * rather than *, like my other b*r Tv, there's not way to operate the box, but before it went out, picture went out on Recorder Tv,, set on *, but beautiful picture on other Tv set on *...No yellow light on box, just green, and no response at all for a few days...Before it quit working, picture was excellent and clear the prior night.
GetHuman-paulalik did not yet indicate what CenturyLink should do to make this right.

I had committed the phone *'s for Century Link and Direct Tv to mind, and dialed the wrong number...it was my Tv not Internet that was out, but Direct has fixed it today, on Sunday, ** June. Thanks anyway, Century Link.
