I set up new service that was to be delivered on June * at my new address. I ended up not moving, and called the week before delivery date and canceled Getting the equipment, and getting service set up. They told me they would cancel the equipment being delivered, and they would refund my $**. I have not received my $** back into my checking account that you told me I would get. I got an email a few days ago, that told me that service was coming. When am I going to get my $** reimbursement into my account, or to make sure that you know That I canceled getting service and that I won’t be further charged for service that I canceled receiving?
