The issue and preferred resolution, in GetHuman-waybarne's own words:
account **********. ticket **********. on this ticket a replacement modem was installed to replace the original modem provided by century. the new modem download speed is slower than the original. so much so that we can't stream movies or utube. this is not acceptable. why?
